上海中藥行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì )簡(jiǎn)介

　　上海中藥行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì )成立于 1989 年 12 月，是以上海市中藥工商企業(yè)為主體的社會(huì )團體?，F有會(huì )員單位近2200家，會(huì )員企業(yè)覆蓋率達到上海市中藥行業(yè)企業(yè)總數的 97% 。

　　上海中藥行業(yè)是一個(gè)集科、工、貿於一體的綜合性行業(yè)，是一個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)性強、規范管理要求高的特殊行業(yè)。上海中藥行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì )立足于“服務(wù)、自律、代表、協(xié)調”四項基本職能，圍繞中藥經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，對本行業(yè)的發(fā)展戰略、體制改革、技術(shù)進(jìn)步等各方面進(jìn)行調查研究，提出對策建議，參與制定行業(yè)發(fā)展規劃；對中藥材行情、中成藥及中藥飲片銷(xiāo)售價(jià)格進(jìn)行監測，負責本行業(yè)的工商統計；協(xié)會(huì )積極開(kāi)展行業(yè)自律管理，組織開(kāi)展全行業(yè)的規范服務(wù)、規范管理評比和行業(yè)名優(yōu)產(chǎn)品評比活動(dòng)；協(xié)會(huì )為會(huì )員單位提供各種信息和技術(shù)咨詢(xún)服務(wù)，開(kāi)展國內外經(jīng)濟技術(shù)交流活動(dòng)，開(kāi)展中藥職業(yè)技術(shù)培訓，以提高上海中藥行業(yè)的整體素質(zhì)，促進(jìn)上海中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。

　　上海中藥行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì )第六屆理事會(huì )選舉產(chǎn)生109位理事，會(huì )長(cháng)由楊弘擔任。根據協(xié)會(huì )章程，由協(xié)會(huì )會(huì )長(cháng)提名，大會(huì )表決通過(guò)了陳怡霞同志任協(xié)會(huì )秘書(shū)長(cháng)，秘書(shū)處是行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì )的日常辦事機構，秘書(shū)處下設咨詢(xún)部、辦公室、行業(yè)部、培訓部、價(jià)格信息辦公室、《中成藥》雜志編輯部等部門(mén)，開(kāi)展協(xié)會(huì )各項日常工作，行使政府授權職能，為企業(yè)提供各項服務(wù)。

　　上海中藥行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì )的分支機構有：上海中藥行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì )技術(shù)咨詢(xún)服務(wù)部、上海市中藥行業(yè)職業(yè)技能培訓中心。協(xié)會(huì )還成立了“上海中藥行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì )中藥飲片專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )”、“上海中藥行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì )制藥專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )”、“上海中藥行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì )參茸專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )”等三個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )，共同推進(jìn)中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。

　　上海中藥行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì )編輯出版國家核心科技期刊《中成藥》雜志（月刊）。同時(shí)還出版發(fā)行行業(yè)內部雜志《上海中藥行業(yè)信息》（月刊）和《上海中藥行業(yè)簡(jiǎn)訊》（半月刊）。協(xié)會(huì )還建立了門(mén)戶(hù)網(wǎng)站上海中藥行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì )網(wǎng)，網(wǎng)址為www.stcma.cn。通過(guò)以上平臺，提供各種信息服務(wù)。

 
Brief Introduction on Shanghai
Traditional Chinese Medicine Trade Association(STCMA)
 
STCMA was established on Dec. 1989. Most of the association's members are industrial and commercial enterprises. 1800 enterprises have the membership, which has covered 97% of the Traditional Chinese Medicine enterprises in Shanghai.
 
Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine trade is a large trade that integrates science, industry and trade and it is a special trade, which has a distinctive speciality and demands a high-level standard for management. STCMA bases its four fundamental responsibility upon “Service, Self-Discipline, Represent, Coordinate”. Focused on the economic development of the Traditional Chinese Medicine, we take surveys and studies in the advancement of technology, make proposals and suggestions of system reform, and participate in drafting the projects of the strategy of development of STCMA. The association is entrusted by the government administrative agency to audit the prices of Traditional Chinese Medicine and it is in charge of the industrial and commercial statistics. We take an active part in self-discipline of management, organizing the matches of service and management in all aspects of the association and evaluation of famous commodities. The association provides information and technology consulting service for members, provides training of the professional skills and develops the communication in domestic and international economy and technology so as to promote the entirety quality of Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine community and speed up the development of Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine industry.
 
109 directors are elected in the fifth council of STCMA, YANG HONG takes the post as President.CHEN YI XIA is the general secretary of STCMA. Secretariat is daily agency of the association. The general office, the Industry Department, the Train Department, the Price Office are under control of the Secretariat.

At the request of the regulation made by the government administrative agency, Shanghai TCM Price Committee was found. And for the development of TCM industry, the association established three special Committees: Traditional Chinese Medicine Tablets Committee, Ginseng and Professional Committee of Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Association, Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Committee are founded.
 
STCMA edits and publishes “Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine”,“The Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine Trade Information” and “News in Brief of Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine Trade”.
